Where to Turn?
Whether you've done your homework and know exactly what you want or you are looking for ideas and advice on style, practicality and cost, the company you choose will have an enormous impact on the ultimate success of your project. First, it is important to bear in mind that there are many reputable window companies out there. However, there are many more poorly established, "fly-by-night" companies. The unfortunate fact is that in the window business, lots of little companies pop up one month and then disappear the next. And, although they may (or may not...) have done a great job for a good price, your warranty and service protection will disappear when they do--literally leaving you out in the cold if a problem pops up later on.

Here are some questions to ask when choosing the right window company:
How long has the company been in business? I would personally recommend going with a company that has been operating in your area for at least five years-giving it enough time to build a reputation.
